How do I renew my membeship?
You don't need to! We operate on a perpetual enrollment system, which means your spot in the class is reserved for you continuously until you decide to unenroll.
-
What is your tuition policy?
Monthly Payments: Tuition is charged automatically on the 1st of each month to hold your spot for that month.
Annual Registration Fee: Your Annual Registration Fee will automatically renew once per year on the anniversary month of your initial registration.
How to Drop: If you choose to unenroll, you must notify us before the 25th of the month to stop your enrollment and payment for the following month.
-
Do you offer free trials?
We do not offer trails. However, we encourage you to visit during class hours and check out the gym before enrolling. Our office staff is happy to answer all your questions and give you a tour.
-
When is tuition due?
All families MUST have a current card on file. AUTOPAY is performed on the 1st of each month.
If the card on file is declined, a notification email will be sent, and if it is not rectified by the 5th, a late fee of $20 will be applied.
If the past due balance is not taken care of by the 15th, your child will be removed from their class program.
Tuition is non-refundable.

Can I take a pause?
We do not offer the option to "pause" or "hold" an enrollment.
If you need to take a break, your enrollment will be considered a drop.
This means:
- Your spot in the class will not be held for you.
- When you are ready to return, you will need to re-enroll.
- Re-enrollment is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the same class, instructor, or time slot will be open.
-

Can anyone join a team?
Joining the AGA Team (our competitive program) is by invitation only.
We are always looking for gymnasts who demonstrate exceptional dedication, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Athletes in our recreational classes who consistently work hard and show potential may be invited to participate in our annual team tryouts.
These tryouts are the primary pathway for entry into our competitive program.
